Naughty neighbors continue to litter our front yard with their pet waste.
West Hollywood has proper pet waste disposal laws and bag dispensers conveniently placed throughout the city (including right up the street). Therefore, dog owning citizens have plenty of preparatory means to pick up Fido’s feces.
I especially love how this woman digs through her purse, perhaps searching for a pet waste bag, only to pull out a mobile phone! #WTF #LOL (not really, as we had to pick up her dog’s poop after she neglected to do so).
