Sanitary Managment Runs Out of Stick on S

I am all about recycling and helping the environment. So, I applaud the efforts of the Provincetown, MA restaurant to save our planet.

Did the management fail basic English in school, run out of “stick on S’s”, or are they trying to provide passers by (like my Hurts To Look eye) with some amusement?
