W Hollywood Hotel Floor Mat Moonlights as Urine Reservoir

Bathroom humor has so many delectable topics from which one can choose. I like “potty mouth”, or, in this case, “potty feet” may be more appropriate.

Here is an email and photo sent by an HTL fan to customer service department of the W Hollywood hotel.

Hi Nxxx,
I did want to comment in this photo I took while upstairs. This mat is
used by barefoot men, it can not be properly cleaned because of it’s
many crevices, and it is urinated on frequently. This seems
unsanitary.

I wonder how customer service responded!
